A: Yes,we can supply the free samples if we have stock, shipping cost is paid by yourside .

A: Yes, It's accepatable for OEM order ,Pls kindly offer us your logo,and let us know your detailed inquiry.


Q4:How to start orders or make payments?
A: Proforma invoice will be sent first after confirmation of order,enclosed our bank information. payment by T/T,L/C ,paypal 

Q5:What's your MOQ?
A: Our MOQ is different between models from 500 pairs to 3000 pairs ,Pls kindly confirm the exact MOQ with us.


Q6:How about delivery leadtime ?
A: About 15-25 days after payment confirmed , Mainly according to order detail.(china holiday not included)


Q7: How do you treat quality complaint ?
A: First of all,our quality control will reduce the qulity problem to near zero,if there is a real quality problem caused by us, we will offer you free goods for replacement or refund your loss.

We have 5 steps in checking samples and bulk order from different department.
1. Sales person, once got your inquiry, we will check and confirm every detail workmanship with you.
2. Pattern department: when order detail confirmed, we will make a pattern for our design, if have any measurements and fitting problems, we ready to work and negotiated together and let you know all the time
3. Sample room: while making sample, our workers and sample room technology will be careful with seiwng and to make a nice and decent sewing lines for every small parts
4. Cutting department: we will check our bulk fabric before cutting to make sure fabric are all good and reach standard, while cutting, we will take care and sort out all cutting pieces, to make sure its all matches with pattern
5. When bulk order start sewing on workshop, QC, production manager and sales person also pattern maker will check again for ready start pieces, we will have production meeting every day morning to check and improve quality and delivery time.
