Yes, certainly. We will provide the existing samples, the sample fee is refundable when you make an order from us. We usually send samples by FedEx, DHL, UPS, and TNT. If you have any carrier account, it will be convenient for both of us. If you don't have a relevant account, we will immediately create a link on Alibaba and send you in the meantime, what you need to do is just make a purchase.

Question2: How long is the sample lead time?

We could arrange the existing samples express delivery immediately, it will only take 3-5 days into your hand. For any special samples requirement, we will contact you first, just wanna make everything in your expectation.

Question3: Can I customize my logo or any redesign of the products?

Yes, of course. The OEM is available. A multi-color is available as well. We still have our own design team who has 20 years of design experience. We will do the creation in your requirement and promise to give you an impressive. 

Question4: What about the warranty?

We are very confident in our products, and we check every single piece and pack them very well, so usually you will receive your order in good condition. But to avoid any subsequent trouble regarding quality issues, we suggest that you check the sunglasses once you receive them, and let us know the details if there are any damaged ones So that we can deal with it accordingly.

Yes, customer's logo for small order is available, Logo is made by laser engraving or printing for eyeglasses, also can be made by the metal logo. You can tell us or mail a logo laser engraving sample to check. Yes, the cost depends on the different quantity of small orders.
