This is a multi span warehouse for store fertilizer, fireproof is required for this warehouse, so we design and propose to use color steel sheet with glass blanket for saving cost. At the same time, in order to ensure good ventilation, we installed a row of ventilation windows on the wall, the roof also has ventilation equipment.

Because of the strength of steel structure is obviously higher than that of concrete, the section of frame columns and beams is greatly reduced, and the amount of concrete and steel bars is greatly reduced. The most important thing is that the main weight of the structure is greatly reduced. According to rough calculation of the main weight (columns and beams) can be reduced by about 30%, thus greatly reducing the pressure on the foundation. Construction excavation reduces the amount of soil, and destroys the land resources little, and substantially reduces the cost of foundation.




 Steel Structure Warehouse Materials:
1) The main frame (columns and beams) is made of welded H-style steel.2) The columns are connected with the foundation by pre-embedding anchor bolt
3) The beams and columns, beams and beams are connected with high intensity bolts.
4) The envelope construction net is made of cold form C-style purlins.
5) The wall and roof are made of color steel board or color steel sandwich panels, which are connected with the purlin by Self-tapping nails.
6) Doors and windows can be designed at anywhere which can be made into normal type, sliding type or roll up type with material of PVC, metal, alloy aluminium, sandwich panel and so on.
