Introduction of Injection Pump
Our injection pump is designed for structure injection leakage stoppage, crack strengthening with view to dismounting easily.
It can stand high pressure. Its component won't be out of shape even working in a high pressure condition.
It can solve the difficulty of carrying because of heavy weight. It is the best choice for the professional leakage stoppage and crack strengthening constructers.
Suitable material:
Suit for PU foaming leakage stoppage agent, EPOXY, low viscosity liquid without granule.
Application:
1) Machine body made by high density aluminium, much harder than ordinary aluminium, withstanding very high pressure, won't be out of shape when the pressure reach 15000Psi.
2) The parts of gear box including Guide bar, pinion, Eccentric Shaft, Gear Bearing are made of special steel, more wear-resisting and pressure- resisting.
3) The parts of cylinder and piston made by 40Cr special steel, more wear-resisting and pressure resisting.
4) German brand 220V drill or 110V drill.
Reliable quality, high rotation speed with fast continuous pressurization.
5) Pressure-Adjustable high pressure Gauge which connect to the drill control box, can set the pressure range from 0 to 11000psi, the machine will stop when exceed the setting upper limited pressure, will restart automatically when below setting lower limited pressure.
6) High pressure pipe, blue color.
Bilateral structure,connector imported from Belgium,more safe and reliable.
7) Hand Shank and Feet Stood are made by Solid Metal, wear-resistant, withstanding high strength when machine working. Chrome plating make them not easy to rust and incorruptible,even machine work in wet environment.
