The base design is fine mono in the middle, ribbon all around, 1" NPU on front and 1/8" folded edge with under hair front.

 
Fine mono is one of the strongest base materials. However, it cannot be used on the edge of the hairpiece. It needs another material to seal the edge and stop it from fraying. In this case, ribbon was used as the edge of this hairpiece.
 

There was 1" NPU on the front. This can strengthen the front which is often the area when you put or remove tape or glue, as well as making the adhesive easier to clean. With folded edge and underhair, it made the front edge more invisible.
 

Since this is a custom-made order, all details like the base size, shape, color, density etc. can be specified by the customer. You can just use this design and then tailor it to the exact demands of your clients.
