BLJ-630 is a new generation of environmentally-friendly primer emulsion based on market demand, using multiple types of special functional monomers, environmental protection reactive emulsifiers, seed technology and core shell structure. The emulsion has moderate viscosity and excellent calcium stability, dilution stability and mechanical stability.
Features and uses:
1. No plasticizer and APEO, green and environmental protection
2. Excellent resistance to pan alkali and salting out
3. Strong sealing, excellent adhesion to substrate and paint film
4. Good color rendering of paint
It is widely used in interior and exterior wall primer and other special substrate treatment, old wall renovation, etc.

Appearance: milky white liquid
Viscosity: 100-1000 MPa · s Brookfield LV rotor, 2#, 60R / min, 25 ºC
Solid content: 45 ± 1 wt% 4.3 in GB / T 20623-2006
PH value: 7-9 GB / T 20623-2006
Glass transition temperature (TG): 38ºC
Minimum film forming temperature (MFT): 29ºC, GB / T 9267-2008
Packaging and storage:
Packaging product specifications are 50kg plastic barrel, 150kg plastic barrel, 200kg (iron barrel, plastic barrel), ton package (plastic barrel, iron barrel).
This product should be stored in a ventilated and dry room to prevent direct sunlight and transported at 5-35 ºC
The effective storage period is half a year from the date of packing
