Block silicone oil 

[Product introduction]

 A block silicone high concentrated emulsion with special structure. It can give polyester fabric, wool fabric excellent softness, smoothness and fluffy feel. Has excellent finishing effect on all kinds of cellulose fibers and their blended fabrics.


[Features and advantages]

1. It is used for soft finishing of various fabrics, giving the fabric a soft and fluffy handle;
2. It is especially suitable for polyester and its flannel fabric, core spun yarn, etc., with outstanding smooth, soft and delicate effect;
3. Very little dosage can achieve excellent effect;
4. The fabric yellowing resistance become stronger after finishing process;
5. Good stability; good alkali resistance, salt resistance, hard water resistance, shear resistance.
 

[Usage]

1. Padding method: the reference dosage is 5-10g / L, 160-180 ºC,
The pH value should be kept below 7 (5-6 is the best).

2. Impregnation method: it is recommended to use 1:x (x = 3-9) dilution, and the general dosage is 0.5-2.0%,
40-50 ºC for 10-20 min, dehydrated and dried.

[Precautions]

1. Please do not expose it in the air for a long time, and cover it in time after use;
2. It does not mean that the product is no longer applicable after the best use date. Performance test should be conducted before use to ensure that the product is no longer applicable.

[Packaging and storage]

50kg / drum or 120kg / drum plastic drum(lined with plastic bags);
It should be placed in a cool and ventilated place to prevent exposure to the sun. The storage period is half a year.
