A new block modified hydrophilic silicone finishing auxiliary, it is applicable for the softening finish of various fabrics, including 100% cotton, blended fabrics, rayon, viscose fiber, chemical fiber, silk and wool. It gives fabrics soft, smooth and fine, as well as the handle style as silk.

Characteristics & Advantages:

1. No impact on the hydrophile of 100% cotton and its blended fabrics. It can improve the hydrophile of cotton fabrics and its blends.

2. Similar to self-emulsification, it ensures the stability of working solution and thoroughly solves the safety issue of cylinder stickiness and roller stickiness.

3. Excellent product stability under the conditions of different PH values and temperatures.

4. It provides superior handle effect of softness, plumpness and silk.

5. Low-yellowing character: it is suitable for white or light color fabrics.

Application Procedure:

1. Padding method (recommended): dosage 50g/L to 80g/L, heat setting 150ºC to 180ºC, timing 50 seconds to 60 seconds. (The specific dosage is adjustable according to the specimen).

2. Impregnation method: 30g/L to 40g/L dosage for immersion in vat dyeing.

3. It can be used together with other finishing auxiliaries, in order to have special handle style. Please do compatibility test before using.

Remarks:

1. Please stir it evenly before using;

2. Please do not disclose it in the air for long term. Make sure to keep it sealed after using;

3. After the deadline of this product, it is not equal to product inapplicability. Please do functional test for its applicability.

Packaging & Storage:

120KG/drum, plastic drum (with plastic bag lining);

Please store it at cool and ventilate or dry place. No exposure, 6 months for shelf life.
