Product Desciption

The rotary scrubber is an autogenous rotating drum scrubber, utilising pebbles and rocks within the feed source to fracture and disintegrate clays, agglomerates and soft oxides. Disintegrated material is homogeneously slurried within the drum, whilst the autogenous load is retained within the drum by reverse flights located at the drum discharge end. Slurry and washed oversize overflows the drum discharge throat to the concentric exit trommels.

The slurry material feeds into the drum where it is vigorously scrubbed, the soil matrix is broken up and the target mineral is released. The material is then screened through the rotating screen and waste is ejected. The screened material is then passed on to the concentrating modules for upgrading.

This is the 2500*6500 big scale trommel scrubber. The screen part is the PU screen, and the liner is the rubber material. For such large type rotary scrubber, the drive type is usually the tyre dirve, each set of tyres with one motor. Here this rotary scrubber is with totally 4 sets of tyres and 4 motors.

Here this rotary scrubber is the model 1800*6500, with tyre drive too. But the inner wall of the scrubbing part is not the rubber type, but with washing scrapers which is efficient to break the mud pies and clean the clays.
