Tyre Recycling Machine/ Rubber Powder Making machine /Waste Tire Recycling Line
Tire recycling production line is used to produce the waste tyre into rubber powder or rubber crumb. It can treat both radial tyre and nylon tyre, get rid of the nylon or steel in the waste tire.
Process flows: waste tires--- circle cutting--- strip cutting--- slice cutting--- magnetic separating--- fiber separation-packaging-put in storage.
1. Cirele Cutter: used to cut off the tire circle
2. Steel Wire Seperator: used to separate steel wire of the tire circle
3. Strip Cutter: used to cut the tires into rubber strips
4. Slice Cutter: used to cut the rubber strips into rubber blocks
5.Tyre Crusher: used to crush the rubber block into 5-40 mesh rubber powder
