Tantalum Boat is made of Tantalum foil of 0.1-0.3mm, Ta has specical properties that make it very suitable for high tempreature furnace applicaitons, especially used for evaporation of many materials such metals or oxides. Although it is very expensive but it can last much longer and suitable for most of the materials for evaporation.
