For stock items, sample can be sent out in 24 hours. For items out of stock, the sample will be made according to customer's design, sample charge could be refunded if the order reaches our MOQ.
Q4. How to ship the goods?
For small quantity, we will sent out by express(DHL, Fedex, UPS, EMS, TNT etc). For big quantity, we will ship by sea or by air.
Q5: What about your payment terms?
30% Deposit before production, and 70% balance should be paid before shipment. We can also deal with L/C if you need.
Q6: How do you guarantee the product's quality?
We will do on-line inspection and pre-shipment inspection to ensure the quality.
