After foaming in the foaming device and high-speed mixing, it enters the aging tank, then enters the decalcification bucket for mixing, adds 5% hydrochloric acid for decalcification, and then enters the stranding cage for dehydration and decalcification for three times.After that, it is pressed and dehydrated to produce alginic acid, and then sent to the liquid phase converter. Add the ethanol solution with the concentration of 75%, add the liquid sodium hydroxide, neutralize it to the pH value of 9, and then centrifugal dehydration (distillation and recovery of waste ethanol solution). After granulation and granulation, the centrifuged sodium alginate is sent to the dryer for drying until the water content is 16% - 17%, and then enter the pulverizer for crushing to 40 mesh, After passing the inspection, the package shall leave the factory.
