Q: How do I judge what material my battery is ?
A: Please take a look at the battery body. If the normal voltage of your battery shows as 3.2V, the battery will be LiFePO4.
If the normal voltage of your battery shows as 3.6V or 3.7V, the battery will be Li-ion or Li-polymer battery.
You can also ask battery manufacturer the material of battery.
Q: Can I use this protection circuit board for my battery?
A: The protection circuit board you need to buy must be same cells in series as your battery pack.
Please also tell us your battery material: LiFePO4 or Li-ion battery?
Q: Do we need cell balance or not?
A: The function of balance: Since battery is made of many pcs of cells in parallel and in series, the cells can't be
the same as no two people in the world is the same. So battery cells put in group with similar performance is not
consistent, which will lead to each cell voltage is not consistent as well after the completion of the charging if
without balance function.
Q: Do you have Minimum Order Requirement (MOQ)?
A: No, We don't have MOQ.
