 1. Drive mechanism Brushless DC motor, special drive design and three-shaft structure that is solid, stable and can keep a stable centripetal force are applied to make the test safe and stable.

2. Airduct structure  It applies circular airflow design concept and forced convection simulated air circulation principle to guarantee high even and stable inner bag temperature.

3. Air hole  It supplies oxygen to keep the oxygen inside the shaker evenly distributed.

4. Independently adjustable temperature safety device   Temperature safety device can be adjusted according to demand to protect the system in two ways, thus to increase the safety coefficient.

Features:

The shaker body is made with high quality cold rolling plate numerical control technology and is sprayed with customerized Dupont powder to make the appearance more beautiful.

SUS304 stainless steel inner bag and special multi-layer sealing structure of inner chamber guarantee the consistency in constant temperature inside the shaker conducting rotation movement. The temperature control accuracy is higher.

Brushless DC motor and special drive design provide the advantages of wide speed regulation range, constant moment and constant rotation speed etc. The brushless DC drive technology makes the product durable and free of maintenance.

The sudden change of load can fully express the advantages of intelligent fuzzy PID control technology and brushless DC low speed constant torque technology. The material vessel will not be damaged and broken despite of the increase or decrease of load, or sudden change of speed.

Self protection functions are provided for overheating of motor and abnormal operation of overloading. In addition, functions including power down memory and recovery after energization are available.

The service life of product is greatly prolonged after the application of special flexible system design for repetition, eccentrically braced structure design for rotation, brushless motor and NSK bearing. The comprehensive performance is more perfect.
