1.Degumming, water washing,dephosphorization and drying.

2.Winterization dewaxing
Drying oil and dewaxing refined oil to process hot exchange,into the crystallizing tank,to adopt the frequency adjust speed,crystal grain raising time 48 hours. Good pump into the dewaxing crystal filter. Filter using membrane filter, a filter press molding bran wax, to avoid secondary crushing ills and pollution of the environment.

3.Decolorization

4.Physical deacidification
According to the characteristics of rice bran oil acid prices, in the process we are individually designed combination deacidifying deodorization tower, using flash and delay loop deacidification combination of methods.
