Stainless steel head plate has high quality requirement by clients,below are nomal request:

• Head shall be manufactured in accordance with ASME Section V111-Div1. 2017 Edition
• ASME data report to ASME VIII-1 required. U-stamp if required.
• Material certificate required to EN10204 Type 3.1. Material traceability required.
• inside diameter, nside crown radius, inside knuckle radius,  S.F.
• Minimum thickness measured after forming and polishing shall be informed
• Material Grade/ weld prep on straight flange/torispherical head weld seam
• Internal/ External surfacce shall be pickled, ground flush and sanitary polish to Ra
• Both internal & external surfaces to be coated with a removable plastic film
  after polishing for protection during shipment.
