Product Description

Composed of a filled PTFE friction ring and an O'Ring, which guarantees pre-tightening, the "roto-seals" allow a reliable and durable radial sealing. These radial seals have a very low friction coefficient, which ensures long-term optimal sealing.

Furthermore, the "roto-seals" that are resistant to very high pressures (approximately 30 MPa), can withstand sharp increases in temperature, and are completely protected from the stick-slip" effect.

Description
Morgan EO swiveling seals are single or double acting piston rotary seals composed of a filled PTFE grooved friction ring and a pre-tightened rubber O-ring. It is generally used together with guide rings.
Design Standard
The design and apply refers to the GS56140-GS56145 series of B+L, TG4 series of Trelleborg, M16 series of Merkel, OQ series of Parker, YRB series of AS.

Applications
Rotary hydraulic transmission exists in industries such as engineering machinery, construction machinery and mobile devices. It seals the rod, shaft, pin, rotary distributors, hydraulic motors and rotary joints which make rotating or swinging motion. Double acting rotary seal, can undergo pressure from both sides or alternating pressure. Installed in grooves of ISO 7425 standard. Single acting structure of higher rotating speed.
