B: 0.1mm thickness PE

PVC and PE material all made of plastic, front side looks same ,just the thick is different. Back side white color.

C: 300D fabric

Normally PVC and PE material can be done as 60*160cm,80x180cm,

We can do very big size such as 80x200cm as your request ; 

3) Package: 

Each set pull up banner packed into opp bag and then packed into nylon carry bag.
