Calcined anthracite is another major product of Mingda Metal-Tech.We have invested RMB 10 million to establish a carbon production plant in an area rich in anthracite resources in western China, and currently has six calciners.Environmental protection equipment has been built in accordance with the strictest localenvironmental protection requirements, which fully meets the strictest environmental protection requirements.The annual output of high-quality calcined anthracite coal can reach 80,000 tons, the main specifications are 85-95%, and the goods of different packaging and particle sizes are supplied to customers and supplied to major steel plants and foundries at home and abroad.

The main raw material is Ningxia unique high quality anthracite, with characteristic of low ash and low sulfur. Carbon additive has two main uses, namely as the fuel and additive. When being used as the carbon additive of steel-smelting, and casting, the fixed carbon may achieve above 95%.

Best quality Anthracite as raw materials through high temperature calcined at over 2000  by the DC electric calciner with results in eliminating the moisture and volatile matter from Anthracite efficiently, improving the density and the electric conductivity and strengthening the mechanical strength and anti-oxidation, It has good characteristics with low ash, low resistivity, low carbon and high density. It is the best material for high quality carbon products, it is used as carbon additive in steel industry or fuel.
