Registered Capacity:
12-16 tons, real capacity from 30 to 80 tons, is suitable for the safe and reliable transportation of molten iron in shot distance at the steel factory.
Reasonable Structure:
The whole frame is designed and optimized by CAD System. The frame is analyzed with CAE System in accordance with the requirement of capacity, so that it can be designed validly and has reasonable carrying capacity.
Excellent Technique:
Vehicle's main components are manufactured by advanced equipment. The Main Rail welded by Unionmelt Welding Machine imported from Germany, Wheel Rim assembled by Assembly Machine, Wheel Base ensured by Distance Tester. Electrical and Air Testing Equipment owned by us for ensuring the performance of Electrical and Air System is qualified. All surfaces of components are shot-blasted to Standard Requirement. The painting firmness is qualified.
Frame:
The Chassis Frame consists of welded main beam and profiled steel components. The components are connected by welding. The material of main beam is 16Mn steel. With its space frame structure, reasonable connecting points, and balance in both strength and rigidity, the chassis frame has the characteristics of big capacity and stable structure.
Axle:
Qualified and longer axle is produced by professional manufacture. As to avoid the wheel is locked at braking and enhance safety, ABS System is for option.
Suspension system:
It has been in balance for the load acting on every axle by assembling TOKYU suspension system. Axle Space can be adjusted by pull rod to avoid the tire wear and tear exceptionally. Pull rod bracket which is patent of TOKYU is qualified. In order to satisfy different clients, leaf spring suspension system and air suspension system ect are for option.
Brake System:
The Brake System is safe dual-line control system with reliable relay valve and spring brake air chamber which comes into action at parking brake.
