Description:
Both iconic VTV pod systems with empty pod, were created in mind specially for e juice factories. OEM&ODM acceptable.

Advantages:
Both the twins are shaped in cylinder, not as the most flat ones on the market. They are equipped with cotton wick perfectly matching premium oil. They are in process of TPD and MHRA and could be sold completely legally in EU countries and in the UK soon.

The difference exists only on the surface processing, Venus has a smooth surface, while that of Athena is folding, both form aluminium alloy.

After-sales service:
Our warranty for both disposables and pod systems is six month, and the defect ratio is lower as 3‰. If defective product exists and proves to be quality faulty, we will make free replenishment.


FAQ:
Q1. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive ?
A: We usually make shipment by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. In general it takes
3-10days between delivery and arrival. If needed, shipment by air or sea available.

Q2. What about the lead time ?
A. For samples, 1-3 days;
B. Mass order generally needs 7-20 days, depending on our production schedule and the order quantity.      
C. OEM delivery, after package design confirmed, the same period as normal mass production.
D. ODE delivery, after prototype and package design confirmed, the same period as normal mass production.

Q3. What's your ODM/OEM?
A: OEM Procedure
A1. Customers choose items, small technical changes negotiable based on quantity;
A2. Samples for test confirmation by customers, necessary adjustment of flavors negotiable;
A3. Logo on products, both silkscreen and laser print acceptable, and package design confirmation;
A4. Trial order production and confirmation;
A5. Batch order production.
B: ODM Procedure
B1. Samples, pictures with specification, or drawings offered by customers;
B2. Mould fee negotiable, mould development, prototype creation and function confirmation;
B3. Logo and package design and confirmation;
B4. Trial order production and confirmation;
B5. Batch order production.

Q4. Is it OK to print my logo on disposable vape devices or packing boxes ?
A: Yes of course, please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our samples.

Q5. How to deal with the faulty ?
Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the faulty rate will be less than 1%.If defective products would be found, please give us a description of the issue with photos and/or videos. After our QC confirms that it's really our quality problem, we make replenishment.
