Dispersive emulsion powder (VAE) is a freely flowing ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer white powder formed by spray drying of EVA emulsion. It is easy to emulsify and disperse in water to form a stable emulsion. In addition to having the superior properties of EVA emulsion, and because it is a free flowing powder, it has excellent convenience and reliability in handling and storing.
Dispersive emulsion powder (VAE) is a kind of multi-purpose polymer powder, which can be used in building materials as adhesives. However, the amount of water added to the common cement mortar formulation of vinyl acetate copolymer (re emulsifying powder) is about one to five weight percent of the cement dosage, which can improve its adhesion, bending strength, impermeability and construction flexibility.
