Description:
AR2000 series paints is a crylic type no-toxic single component plastic paint, apply for  ABS, HIPS, PC and ABS+PC.  With excellent adhesion, wearproof, ethyl alcohol-resistance and stable color performance

Construction condition:
1. previous handle: Eliminate oil,cleaning, drying (Recommend use Hualong treated agent)
2.Diluent : Use Hualong diluent
3. Dilution rate    main agent: diluent = 1:1.5~2
(according to different equipment and construction to adjust matching rate.
4.Construction adhestion: 9-11.5secs ( Viscosity Cup Yantian NK-2 cup).
If need spraying couple layer coatings, please spraying next coating until last coating completed drying
5.Drying condition:
1)Touch dry: 30secs/25 ºC or 24h/25ºC
2) Hard dry: 30secs/60ºC or 24h/25ºC
6.Wearproof and chemicas resistance: 3days/25 ºC or 2 h/60-70ºC drying test
7.Storage condition: 6months (golden and pearlized color only 3 months;
   Storage temperature: around 25ºC


Attention:
1. Stir the paint evenly after open the barrel, to aviod color difference.
2. After diluent the paint,  Please 200 meshes filter net to filtration.
