YEBOND® 3003 is a high-strength solvent free two-component  Polyurethane Structural Adhesive Sealant. The Polyurethane Structural Adhesive Sealant resin is a pre-polymer containing hydroxyl group; while the hardener of the Polyurethane Structural Adhesive Sealant is a pre-polymer containing isocyanate.

Use exclusively cleaner/solvent for the uncured adhesive. Cured two-component  Polyurethane Structural Adhesive Sealant can only be removed in a mechanical way.

Humidity would have a negative impact on curing. Protect both resin and hardener against humidity. Keep the packaging tightly closed and store in a dry place. The bonding surfaces should be clean, dry, free of dust and grease. YEBOND® 3003 two-component  Polyurethane Structural Adhesive Sealant can be curing at temperature as low as 5ºC. Elevated temperature or catalyst will shorten the curing time. Best adhesion results are obtained after several days. During curing, certain pressure should be applied to the surfaces to ensure good contact of the product with the surfaces. Our technical department is available for any further questions

The two-component  Polyurethane Structural Adhesive Sealant are recommended to be kept in the temperature ranging from 10ºC to 30ºC. Direct sunlight, heat, frost and moisture should be avoided. In original sealed buckets, it has a shelf life of 6 months.
