Portable/Mobile diamond washing plant: 

This portable diamond wash plant is mainly consist of trommel screen, jig machine, water pump, and mobile system. It's with around 10-15t/h capacity, ideal for those who need to wash here and there.



Diamond processing equipment:

1. Trommel scrubber: the diamond ore usually is with sticky clays or much mud, so the ore need to be washed firstly before separation. At the same time, the trommel scruber is with screen to remove the waste sizes. The trommel scrubber has very good effect on washing heavy clay or sticky clay as well as screening. So it is widely used in diamond wash plant.

2. Trommel screen: If the raw ore is without sticky clays, the ordinary trommel screen can be applied directly. 

3. Jig separator: The jig separator is high efficient for diamond, so it's widely applied in diamond separation plant.

4. Shaking table: If there are fine sizes, the shaking table can be applied to recover the fine sizes.

Here showing a general processing flow for diamond and gold washing and recovering. If the gold is not contained, the gold concentrator can be removed.
