Package and delivery:

1. All the products will delivery to you in 1-4 workdays after confirm the payment.
2. We will use appropriate materials for a reasonable, secure packing of your goods.

    If goods are damaged during the transport, please inform our service department within 3 days after goods are received.

Shipping:
1. All the goods delivery by FedEx or DHL express from Guangzhou.

    And we will declare the low value on the shipping invoice to reduce your custom tax.
2. If you have your own forwarder in China, we can offer Free Delivery for you in Guangzhou City!
3. There are no shipments on weekend and public holidays.

Warranty: One year warranty for machine boards and motors

1.Do you have stock product to sell?
    Maybe , It's depend on which machine you like? 
2.Do you inspect the finished products?
    Yes, Each step of production products will be camed out inspection by QC department before shipping.
3.How do you ship the finished products?
   By Sea
   By Plane
   By courier, TNT , DHL, Fedex, UPS Etc
4.What's the Payment term?
    We accept payment via the Western union/TT, you can choose as you like.
5.What's the delivery time?
   Within 5 days after get the payment.

6. What about after service?

    We have professional enginner service oversea, if you need, engineer can be sent to your office! Normally we will solve        problem by phone, whatsapp or teamviwer!
