Product Description

The intelligent ultrasonic generator will convert the input power frequency AC 220V 50/60Hz  into 310V direct current through rectifier filter into a specific high-frequency AC, amplify the signal to a few thousand volts of high voltage AC signal through the high-frequency transformer, and then can drive the transducer, causes the transducer to resonate at its resonance point. The control module can cut off the ultrasonic output when the fault occurs in the ultrasonic welding work, so as to provide an extremely high safety guarantee for the ultrasonic generator and the whole welding machine.

The main core control system of the whole generator adopts imported high-speed large-capacity MCU, equipped with the latest, efficient operating system, modularized management of current sampling, output port, input port, signal acquisition, high-speed communication, safety protection and fault warning and other functions so that the generator can run efficiently and stably.
