With high using temperature, the material can contact flame directly and be used as working liner, realizing high temperature energy conservation; with light unit capacity, structural weight decreases 40~60%, eliminating the potential risk of broken hanger brick of the furnace roof; with low heat conductivity, multi-hole mullite aggregate mixture results in low heat conductivity and good heat preservation property; with quick drying of the furnace, the drying period is shortened, resulting in remarkable economic benefit;
Application
The product is applicable to the heat barrier of tubular heater in petroleum industry, light diesel oil, ethane cracking furnace, atmospheric-vacuum furnace, sulfur recovery device, steam boiler, and hexsteel; monolayer heat barrier of double column and pipe; and liner of furnace door, fire observation port and observation port of other industrial furnaces.
