PS Foamed Picture Frame Extrusion Line
Application & Features:
1. YF series PS foam profile extrusion line, consists of single extruder and the spacial co-xtruder, with the cooling water tank, hot stamping machine system, haul off unit, and stacker.
2. The line with imported ABB AC inverter control, imported RKC temperature meter etc, and features of good plasticization, high output capacity and stable performance etc.
3. The hot stamping machine system combined foreign technology, by the hot stamping embossing method, transfer the coating layer from the film to the PS foamed profile.
4. The machine with good appearance, stable performance, accurate & easy operation. By adjust the embossing wheel the machine can work on various of different profiles.
5.Working together with the main extruder and other extrusion down steam equipments, this line is popular as the latest developed producing line.
PS imitation wood materials performance far exceeds the general wood preservative,than conventional PE, WPC in life ,mildew,weathering on both better,is a useful supplement to wood-plastic composite materials. To further accelerate the development of domestic wood-plastic composite industry and innovation.

3. Installation and commissioning engineer will provide the tech long machine, and machine operation of the buyer's personnel on-site training, troubleshooting and machine maintenance. The factory offers free installation training for a week the company engineers, beyond a week, the salaries borne by the customer engineer the factory.
Terms of payment
1.after receiving the deposit 40%, our company will arrange production;
2.After the customer check and accept compression machine, before delivery, customer need to pay off the balance payment;
