EPE foam seal liner is just a white liner use to filling the distence between cap inner bottom and bottle mouth . Both sides are without adhesive .
It is depends on the pressure betweent bottle mouth and cap bottom to stop air, retain freshness .It is not need use sealing machine,just use toThe higher the pressure, the better the sealing effect .

Using the operating :
          1.Put the seal into the cap ( Print side face to cap bottom ,white side is face to bottle mouth)
           2.Screw the cap  tight to the bottleneck.

                    
      When reopen the cap ,the EPEfoam seal liner still in the cap inner bottom,can repeated sealing .



Customer often use 2 kinds of types :
1.One layer ,without coated film  in both sizes
2.Three layers , coated film on both sides

The difference between the two types only the film - coated liner surface more smoothly .


There are many thickness from 1.0 mm to 3.0 mm  

How to select thickness:
The thickness of the EPE/PE foam sealing gasket should be greater than the distance between the bottom of the bottle cap and the bottle mouth. Make sure there is enough pressure and could not affect the tightness of the cap.
