Portable Mask Comprehensive Performance Test Instrument Packed with Trolley Suitcase
Application
This portable mask test instrument is designed to some indexs of mask including filtration efficiency, protective performance, leakage rate, inhalation resistance, edge resistance and PM2.5 filtration efficiency etc.
It is developed as an non-standard tester, especially suitable for transversal comparison among different masks, mainly used in situation such as mask deisgn, mask display/sale and material selection for mask and so on.
This tester should be operated in clean environment. That will be unacceptable if the environmental condition is flilled with high density of particles or smoke.

1. This tester runs under non-standard test condition, but the test result can be considered as important reference due to tiny difference with the result under national standard.
2. Equipped with head model under national standard and 3D fixture, used as assistance tool for mask test.
3. Controlled by microcomputer and displayed with touch screen, multifunctional installation.
4. Adjustable flow between 32-85L/min.
5. Build-in printer, the result can be printed directly.

we are a professional tester manufacturer with 25 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Suzhou, where is only 100 kilometers far away from Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport. It is pretty convenient for you to make a visit.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be between15 and 30 days after deposit payment. If there is stock for the instrument you want, timely shipment will be arranged within 7 days.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We will provide you with real photos or video of the instrument before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
Available in EXW, FOB, CFR and CIF.
5. What is your packing for the tester?
Generally, packed with wooden case. We can do some adjustments in terms of your special requirement.
6. Can the mask tester be certified?
There is certification requirements for mask only, and there has no relevant certification requirements for mask tester, but a calibration report is required. we will provide a calibration report with a randomizer for our mask test instrument. The calibration report is valid for one year. After then, we can also support the corresponding calibration service for a small fee.
7. Do you have after-sales service?
We can provide on-site installation and commissioning service for you, but you need to bear the travel expense of our engineer. The warranty period will be one year. Free replacement parts will be supplied during this period. Only accessories and corresponding shipping charges will be charged out of the warranty period.
8. Is there an English interface for your instrument?
Our instrument can be customized on the base of your demand. For example, both mask tester and filter material tester can be displayed in Chinese, English and Korean interfaces. The instruction manual is available in both Chinese and English.
