1.1T small scale waste rubber cycling machine working principle
The raw material is put into the pyrolysis plant, and the feeding section takes about 2 hours. When the main furnace is heated to 200 ~ 300 ºC within 4 hours, the cracked gas begins to produce stably, and the temperature rises slowly in the next 5 ~ 8 hours. When the temperature of cracking furnace continues to rise, but the temperature of steam drum does not rise but falls, it can be considered that the tire cracking has been basically completed. A large amount of oil vapor is produced in the cracking process, which mainly includes heavy oil, light oil, cracking gas, etc. the oil vapor flows into the sub drum through the pipeline. In the sub drum, the heavy oil sinks to the slag tank, and the gaseous components enter the circulating water cooling system through the pipeline. After cooling in the pipeline, the oil and gas are divided into liquid and gas, in which the gas is cracked gas, the liquid is light oil, and the liquid flows into the oil tank for storage. After 12 hours of cracking, besides fuel oil and cracking gas, carbon black and steel wire will be produced in the cracking furnace. After the furnace body stops heating, air cooling is adopted, and the heat of the outer wall of the furnace body is continuously taken away by the fan. The cooling section lasts about 8 hours. When the furnace body is cooled to about 100 ºC, open the feeding door and pull out the whole steel wire. The discharging time of carbon black steel wire is about 3 hours. The total time of the whole process is 24 hours.

G.Box condenser is produced with 8 pcs 133mm tubes and 17 pcs 108 tubes,25 tubes totally can guarantee the high yield and not easily blocked The length of oil gas will be arround 180m in the tubes and have enough time to cooling down the oil gas to oil.

1. Fuel oil: It is mainly used for the combustion oil in steel plants, cement factories and bath centers, and can also be used for power generation of heavy machinery.
2. Carbon black: It is mainly used for pressure ball combustion and refined milling. Refined flour can be used for new tires, shoe soles, and pigments.
3. Steel wire: mainly used for waste recycling and recasting.
