Xintan ozone removal/decomposition catalyst is a mixture of copper oxide and manganese dioxide (MnO2 and CuO2 ), which is mainly used to destroy ozone, filter gas mask for breathing, sewage and toxic exhaust deal with. Ozone decomposition catalyst also has the ability to convert CO to CO2. "XINTAN catalyst " has many successful applications in domestic and foreign cooperations.

Generally used at room temperature (20~ 30ºC), when the temperature is between 50~100ºC, the using effect is better. Because this catalyst is sensitive to water, treatment should be conducted above 90ºCfor water - bearing gas .

For the decomposition of ultra-high concentration ozone gas, it needs to be controlled at 800~2000h-1 when the concentration is over 100ml/l. Minimum height of catalyst bed should be 30mm.

The ozone decomposition rate of this catalyst is higher than 98%
-Application 
This product is suitable for gas treatment with ozone concentration above 1000PPM . Ozone concentration of 20 mg/L is recommended, Our ozone removal catalyst can be widely used in the synthesis of fine chemicals ,the treatment of tap water and waste water, as well as in atomic energy, radio and supersonic passenger jet advanced cabin, photocopiers, household appliances and other occasions.
