Heat resistant conveyor belt

In order to fulfill the request of heat resistance, we choose the high temperature resistance canvas as the carcass with high modulus, low shrinkage and high breaking tensile strength. And EPDM rubber or chlorinated butyi rubber with good high temperature resistance performance is used as cover rubber. Meanwhile, we also mix other high temperature resistance materials through compositing and vulcanizing during the process. In this way, we not only solve the shrinkage and deformation of the fabric core, but also avoid poor adhesion between layers caused by high degree of saturation of ethylene propylene rubber. The belt shows properties of heat resistance, low elongation, light weight and longer working life, etc.
