1.Vibrating sieve is a sifting machine with high speed.

High efficiency vibrating sieve is the mainly machine to clean up the maize impurity. This machine is composed of feeding hopper, frame, sieve body, transmission mechanism, suction and dust equipment, discharge hopper etc

1.1  The principle is when the sieve body are droved by two sides vibrating motors, maize flow into the first sieve surface through feeding entrance, large impurity on the upper sieve is discharged to the hopper. Another material come into the second sieve surface for continual sift. On this surface, the maize and small impurity are separated each other. Finally lighter impurity is discharged by the suction pipes.

1.2  This machine has much speciality such as high capacity, without jaming and so on.

1.3 The function is the sieve remove all impurities from maize to reduce dust and impurity to pollute workshop as much as it can. And ensure rear working line with good running. Meanwhile to avoid jaming into the slip of screw conveyor and exit of damper bin.

3.1 The supply voltage is 380V, and the frequency is 50Hz. Guarantee the machine to run under uniform feeding and proper load.

4, Maintenance  of Vibrate Sifter

4.1   Should place the sieve body on horizontal position, fix up firmly and four pairs springs are on homogeneous impact condition.

4.2 Check up the sieve surface termly. If found damaged, should change on time or mendit.

4.3  Pay attention to feeding flow rates and prevents blocked. The thickness of material on the sieve surface was not exceeding 10-12mm, and should keep coherence.

4.4   When running the machine after three months or 1500 hours, should change the motor and balance wheel lubricanting grease.
