3.Application
It is used for pure epoxy resin, epoxy\polyester hybrid powder coatings to achieve coatings with matt surface, excellent mechanic quality and wonderful appearance.

Matt Hardener is not as compatible with the resin as it has a high melting point. To avoid this default it's necessary to distribute them or to make the curing temperature at a higher level. In case of epoxy\polyester hybrid powder coatings, the polyester should be low acidity. Before achieving the ideal gloss and multiple characteristics tests are needed.

1.Description
Matt Hardener TP68 is a composed salt of cyclic-amidine and multi-acid. It utilizes the two different reaction rates of group in molecular structure, and during the curing process, it generates non-uniform shrinkage then forms the matt surface. - Store in a cool, dry place and avoid contact with other chemical products. Sealed after use. Since this product is irritating to the respiratory tract, wear a dust mask and gloves during operation.
- Package: 25kgs/polyethylene-lined Kraft paper-plastic compound bag.
- It is valid for one year at room temperature.
