Application and Characteristic

Series Closed Type Pellet Grading Sifter is a more efficient plane-rotary grading sifter. It can be divided into different specifications according to particle size and bulk density of materials to be sifted. This machine is widely used for grading powdery pellets and removing impurities in flour milling, food, pharmaceutical, feed, chemical, starch, mining and other industries.

2. An auto-balance turning device without vertical shaft is adopted for this machine, which contributes to reliable and stable running, low noise, and convenient maintenance.

3. Made of deformed tubes, the sieve case is of high intensity and good rigidity

4. Each part of the sieve case is of strict dimensions, contributes to a compact structure as well as a good seal, which can prevent leakage of material.

5. An enlarged sieve box with large material flow is installed in the sieve case, which the screening area is 30% larger than that of the common one.

6. The sieve box, made of high quality basswood from Northeast China, is treated specially by boiling and steaming, with excellent workmanship, no deformation, no split.

Structure
Series Closed Type Pellet Grading Sifter is mainly composed of a stander, a sifter body, sieve boxes, a driving mechanism, a suspending device and a hold-down mechanism for sieve boxs (see following picture). The stander, a welding component made of square steel pipes, is used for fixing the equipment and suspending the sifter body. The sifter body is a main component of this machine, and superposed sieve boxes are installed in it. Sieve boxes are the main working components, they are made of high quality basswood. Composed of a motor, the eccentric blocks and other driving accessories, the driving device can drive the sifter body run in a plane-rotary way. Using suspenders made of fiber reinforced plastic, combining with wire rope, the suspending device can ensure a small wandering distance and a short wandering time of the sifter body. The hold-down mechanism is designed to compress the sieve boxes from both vertical direction and horizontal direction, which makes stress on the sieve boxes more scientific, so as to prolong their service life.
