1. Q:Are you manufacture or trading company?

We are manufacture

2. Q:What kind of certificates or factory audit do you have?

Certificates: production patent, appearance model patent, utility model patent. 

Factory audit: TESCO, TARGET, WAL-MART, Sedex, BSCI,prepare for WCA.

3. Q:Free samples?

Yes, we will return your sample fee once place official order

4. Q:Do you offer OEM services?

Yes, we provide OEM, just please let me know your color, size and material. 

5. Q:How long will be the lead time for samples and official order?

Sample: around 7 days

Official order: 45-60 days, depends on the qty.

6. Q: What is your payment method?

Paypal, TT( 30% deposit, 70% before delivery)

TT payment, we suggest transfer full amount if one time, otherwise, the bank process handle fee would be very high if you transfer for 2 times.

We have several hugh warehouses, this is one coner of our warehouse as showed in the picture. We have sophisticated system for humidity test and temperature to keep all the products in warehouse not get mouldy.
