MOTECH 20 from MOTECH PACK  is a part of a modular automatic filling system for bottle/vials sizes from 12mm/0.47" up to 78mm/3.07" in diameter delivering maximum process flexibility.



Used in conjuction with a Motech peristaltic filler liquids can be filled very accurately in volumes from less than 0.2 ml to more than 500 ml. The MD20 can be set-up in less than two minutes, with no tools, format parts or special skills required. The speed at which the vials or bottles are presented at the filling needle on an MD20 is fully adjustable, allowing lightweight vials or bottles to be filled.


The system is very easy to use thanks to an intuitive, icon-based HMI. With the HMI being on the front of the unit, settings can easily be adjusted and at the same time the risk of operators contaminating open bottles is prevented. The infeed tray for bottles/vials can be moved from the front to the side of the system.

A combination of a FF20, a peristaltic filler and a crimp or screw capping machine from Flexicon, provides a simple, modular and very flexible means of production and a fast return on investment.
