The basic principle of oil press: with the help of mechanical force, the oil is squeezed out from the oil.

Oil press includes screw oil press and hydraulic oil press.

(1) Screw oil press: at present, the most widely used oil press equipment in the oil market, which has a wide range of processing capacity, and can be used for pressing almost all oil such as soybean, peanut, sesame, rapeseed, cottonseed, sunflower seed, corn, palm, etc.

Advantages: high oil yield, large output, simple operation, high safety, low failure rate, low price, etc.

Working principle: due to the propelling effect of the rotating screw shaft in the pressing chamber, the pressing material is continuously pushed forward. At the same time, due to the shortening of the screw pitch and the increase of the root circle diameter on the screw shaft, as well as the reduction of the inner diameter of the pressing chamber, the volume of the pressing chamber is continuously reduced, which has a pressing effect on the pressing material. After being compressed, the oil is squeezed out from the gap of the press cage, and the squeezed material is pressed into cakes and discharged from the end of the press chamber.

(2) Hydraulic oil press: it is mainly used for pressing scattered oilseed and oilseed with special requirements for oil and cake quality(such as oil palm fruit, olive and cocoa kernel). It is suitable for small amount of oil pressing.

Advantages: the process is simple and fast, and can directly flow out pure fragrance without leaking fake oil.

Working principle: the oilseed is put into the oilseed barrel, and the oilseed is squeezed directly by the power exerted by the hydraulic press.
