 Huatai peanut oil press machine adopt the latest pre-press - oil extraction process technology, at present, this technology is the most advanced in the world, and it makes up for lack of traditional oil press and improve the oil yield, ensure the quality of peanut oil ,improve the quality of peanut meal, to provide a guarantee as high protein forage material.

Henan huatai peanut oil extraction machinery has four workshops:

1. Peanut pretreatment workshop: it is used to process peanut into suitable condition for extraction through cleaning, stones removal, impurities removal, crushing, softening and conditioning, flaking ,drying and other processes.

2. Peanut oil extraction workshop: it includes oil extraction, wet meal toasting, miscella evaporation, solvent recovery, exhaust gas recovery with paraffin and other processes.

3. Peanut oil refining workshop: add hot water to remove phospholipids, decolorization (removing pigment from oil to make oil clear and transparent) through adsorption of active bleaching clay,continuous physical deacidification and deodorization.

4. Peanut refined oil filling workshop.
