70-80t/day complete rice milling plant is a rice processing line, which can process 4.5-5 ton paddy into 3-3.5 ton white rice per hour. It is composed of elevators, vibration cleaner, destoner, rice huller, rice polisher, rice grader, silky polisher, color sorter, packing scale, etc..

1. About us
We are the biggest manufacturer for rice milling machines in China, we can provide complete rice mill with different capacity, from 18Ton/Day to 300Ton/Day. These rice mills come with high white rice yield, low power expenditure, excellent rice quality. Because of good quality and competitive price, we have been awarded order of 3 sets of 50-60 ton/per day rice mill by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the UN in March 2010 (order No. FACHN/2010/022) and installed the rice mill successfully in North Korea, we are still keeping cooperation with UN now. We also have built the 80t parboiled system in the Ebonyi State of Nigeria during 2011, this is the project that cooperate with the Nigerian Minister of Agricultural Ministry. We exported our products to dozens of countries in Africa and Asia! 

Our factory offers integrated rice mill machine with different output capacity, like 18Ton/Day, 20T-30Ton/Day, 50T-60Ton/Day, 80T/Day, etc...These rice mills come with high white rice yield, power save, excellent polished rice quality. 

2. Product description

This 70-80t/day complete rice milling plant which developed by our company can produce high-quality rice. It has blowing device, bran and husk can be separated and collected directly. This rice milling plant has reasonable in structure, stable performance with high efficiency, also conveninent to maintain and easy on operation. The output rice is very clean and bright, rice temperature is low, the broken rice ratio is low. It is widely use in small and medium-sized rice processing plant of urban and rural.
