Storage: 
The product can be stably stored for at least one year when kept in closed containers in a dry place at temperature below 30ºC. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight.

Yantai Longcai Advanced Materials Co., Ltd., is a professional company specialized in the research and development of powder coating resins and additives. It occupies 135,000 m2 in total. Now we have more than fifty types of polyester and epoxy resins for powder coatings under the trade mark "Longcester ", which mainly include the Hybrid type, TGIC Curing type, HAA Curing type & two-step epoxy resin. We've passed the REACH Pre-registration of EU and become a member of a Substance Information Exchange Forum(SIEF); as well as ISO 9001& ISO 14001 issued by Quality Assurance Center of China Association for Quality. 


Currently we have installed 6 reactors with 6 cooling belts, which can reach production capacity of 3000 MT monthly for polyester resin & epoxy resin. All the main raw materials are imported from Korea and Japan, like LG Chem, MITSUBISHI, SUMSUNG, HYOSUNG etc. to ensure the high and stable quality. 
Production process is controlled by computer with high automation

And we have adopted the most advanced Automatic Packing System to further improve the production efficiency. 

Longcai spends a hefty sum in setting up the Laboratory. Equipped with precise testing equipment and professional laboratory researchers, the lab is an ideal site for testing the parameters, modifying the formula and improving the products' quality to meet customers' various requirements. 

Longcester powder coating resins & additives have been exported to more than 30 countries, like America, Argentina, Bangladesh, Brazil, Canada, Egypt, India, Indonesia, Iran, Italy, Hungary, Mexico, Pakistan, Poland, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Thailand, Turkey, UAE etc.. Lots of world famous powder coating manufacturers are satisfied with our resins.

Our new factory in Weihai is under construction now. It occupies 160,000 m2  in total, plans to install 26 reactors within next three years, by that time, the total production capacity will reach 400,000 tons/year.
