This model is multi-layers vertical type curing machine, suitable for electric vehicles high-speed tire curing, so it is adopt vertical type machine design. With use of a angle hydraulic cylinder, it can complete mold closing action of two-molds or three molds, thus saving workshop area and hydraulic cylinders production costs, additionally, using bladder as automatic molding and internal pressure curing, replacing hand operations, reducing losses and less staffing. Each person can operate 15 to 20 molds, thus effectively savings manpower resources and improving production volume.
