Equipment Composition
automatic curing chamber is mainly composed of main case, sub-case, lifting door device, main controller, system control cabinet, etc. There is hot air circulation system, heating system, humidification system, measuring and control system for temperature and moisture, air inlet and outlet system in the sub-case.

Curing circulation: Temperature: room temperature to 80ºC, Moisture: ≥95%RH
Drying circulation: Temperature: room temperature to 80ºC, Moisture: ≤10%RH

Technical Performance
1. The process of both curing and drying can be completed together but also can be independently.
2. PLC control, monitoring with touch screen.
3. Can be pre-stored 10 sets of process parameter, each is composed of up to 20 segments; maximum execution time is 999 minutes. The process parameter and operational program can be stored even if the power is off.
4. It adopts atomized water humidification. The vapor generator will provide auxiliary humidification for meeting the requirement of high humiditty curing.
5. It adopts electric heating. Use stainless steel heating pipes, the heating temperature can be controlled by controlling the heating working frequency, which is easy to control and with high precision. Material is stainless steel, with long service life.
6. The circulating air system adopts three-dimensional air distribution;

The moisture and temperature will be in uniformity throughout the curing room. After drying and curing, physical and chemical indicators of the plates is in good consistency. Temperature deviation: ≤ 1.5 ºC, moisture deviation ≤ 3% RH. The air volume adopts frequency control. Different circulation air volume can be selected during curing and drying stage, which ensures the uniformity of the moisture, as well as the drying effect. It effectively shortens the curing and drying time, increasing the uniformity of the plates.
7. It adopts imported wet and dry bulb temperature sensor and multiple-point humidity sensor and transmitter, anti-corrosion, high temperature resistance, no condensation of moisture, high precision.
8. The touch screen displays the temperature and moisture data history, which will not loss even if the power if off. It also displays the working status of the fan, atomizing device and damper, etc.
9. With the alarm function for fan circuit malfunction, over temperature limit, pressure detection. With three alarm modes of sound, light and text notice, to instruct the operator how to deal with the malfunction.
10. With the function of multistage encryption. Different operations could have different operating authorization, in case of incorrect operation.
11. Curing chamber: inner wall is made of stainless steel, outside is color plate, sandwiching is polyurethane for heat preservation. The wall is with good heat preservation performance, saving energy.
12. It adopts automatic lifting door device, which can be opened and closed automatically, with good air-tightness.
