Steel Structure Inflated Fireproof Coating

Operative norm: GB/T 22374-2008

Characteristics:                                                                                          
1.1.5-4.0mm coating can prevent steel structure from fire from 15 minutes to 1-2.5 hours.

2. Good looking: Coating can match with different colors

3. High viscosity: ≥ 0.15 Mpa. 1.33 Mpa coating can bear collision.

4. Heat insulation recycle: Recycling in 15 times, no cracking.

5. Waterproof: Bathing in 24 hours, no cracking.

6. Anti-cracking in dry condition

7. Dry time: surface dry ≤ 12 hours

Usage:                                                                                                

1. The coating can match with different colors.

2. Substrate pretreatment before painting and paint 2 coats.

3. Well stir the paint before application. Don't add water to the paint.

4. Don't mix with other paint because it will damage fireproof function.

5. 0.5mm per coat. Recoat in 4-8 hours. Avoid application in raining season.

6. Working condition: Temperature around 35C degree, humidity less than 90%.

7. Storage temperature is 5-35°C. Avoid sunshine.

8. Shelf life: one year.
