RX-407 naphthenic acid imidazoline is developed and produced for the processing of sulfur-containing and high-acid oil in domestic oil refineries. This product has good adsorption on the metal surface and is spatially arranged as a whole. It can form a dense protective film on the metal surface to inhibit the progress of corrosion. The corrosion inhibition rate is greater than that of conventional imidazoline oleate.

Scope of application

When used in oilfield sewage treatment, the effect is excellent. After precise compounding, imidazoline can be used in atmospheric and vacuum equipment, catalytic equipment, hydrogenation equipment, and delayed coking equipment. It has excellent corrosion inhibition performance for the initial distillation tower, the top tray of the atmospheric and vacuum tower, the distillation line, the condensation cooling and other equipment pipelines

Instructions

Recommended dosage: After evenly diluting 1:5-20 with desalinated water, use a metering pump for continuous injection. Inject according to the 30-50ppm processed by the system, the initial injection volume is twice the normal period, and after three days, it will gradually decrease to the normal usage at a rate of 5ppm every day.

Packaging and storage

This product is packaged in plastic barrels, each with a net weight of 200kg, stored in a cool, dry and ventilated place, valid for one year.
