ZJ-N series electric furnace vibrating charging car is a vibrating charging device specially designed and developed for smelting electric furnaces. The electric furnace charging machine adopts the vibration charging method, which is convenient to use, stable in feeding, can reduce the impact of the blocks on the furnace body to the minimum, and the feeding is more in line with the process requirements. ZJ-n series electric furnace charging trolleys can be divided into two types, one-way straight-moving type and two-way straight-moving type according to different walking directions. One-way straight travel type, each electric furnace is equipped with a charging car. Two-way straight travel type, one feeding cart can meet the feeding needs of multiple electric furnaces, and the feeding cart can move horizontally and vertically.
The technical characteristics of the electric furnace charging machine are:
1) The car body and tank body are replaceable wear-resistant liners
2) The charging process of the electric furnace charging machine is controlled by the program controller. The program control and the electric furnace melting system are interlocking control systems with manual and automatic functions.
3) Both the start and stop of the electric furnace feeder have the stepless speed regulation function.
