The model is used for the screening of flour, silica powder, quartz powder, starch, washing powder, metal powder, additive, chemical powder etc. It effectively eliminates the blinding and blocking of mesh and it has revolutionized the screening of difficult and increases screening capacities and reduces mesh breakage.
Features of vibration sieve sifter
1. Automatic discharge of impurities and coarse materials
2. Outlet can be connected to any direction, and the sieved material can be discharged straight away, suitable for automated operation.
3. Motor force can be adjusted to optimize discharge pattern and screening result
4. Available in dia. of 600 to 1200mm depend on capacity demand
5. Different design with standard model by using a single or double horizontal vibration motor, that made the oversize be discharged directly, having a greater handling capacity.

Matters needing attention
1. Once the machine on operation, vibration part shall not be connected or contact with any object.
2. When feeding materials, pay attention to ensure the uniform feeding.
3. When the material through down, keeping no big impact to damage the screen.
4. Before operation and power off, there should not be any material on screen surface.
5. If there is any abnormal sound in the operation, the machine should be shut down immediately and to check.
6. Ensure vibration motor maintenance regularly.
